| Abstract: | A further application of Optical Rotatory Dispersion (ORD) for indole alkaloids containing an N-acylindoline chromophore has completely substantiated an earlier assignment of the absolute configuration of Aspidosperma alkaloids and has extended the general scope of this method, allowing assignments to the absolute configuration of N(a)-acetyl-aspidospermatidine and limatine. |
