摘    要:制备了纳米金/智能凝胶复合物,并对其导电行为进行了研究.研究表明:以智能凝胶为基体的复合物电性能表具有良好的"开关"效应;其导电过程在不同的温度区域符合不同的导电机理.低温时,复合物处于溶胀状态,其导电行为符合隧道效应和场制发射理论;高温时,复合物为收缩状态,其导电行为基本符合欧姆定律.

Abstract:The conducting behavior and mechanism of gold nanoparticle/smart hydrogel composite were studied.The results show that the electric properties of composite exhibit excellent on/off effect.Further,its conductive behavior fits with different mechanisms at different temperature.At lower temperature,the composite is swollen and its conductive behavior fits with quantum mechanical tunneling conduction theory;but at higher temperature,the composite is at shrunken state and its conductive mechanism agrees with Ohm...
