| 摘 要： | 在查阅了有关健美操功能文献资料的基础上,对太原市200名师生进行问卷调查,分析了健美操运动的现状,发现广大师生对健美操运动予以很高评价,但实际不理想。同时探讨了影响健美操运动的因素并提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | After consulting the literature on the functions of aerobics, and based on the questionnaires to 200 teachers and stu- dents in Taiyuan, the paper analyzes its current situation, reaching the conclusion that teachers and students speak highly of it, but with un- satisfying effects, and probes into some influencing factors and gives some suggestions. |
