摘    要:提出了一种具有自适应性能、能自动在线调整风/煤比的燃烧控制系统的设计方法.它由基于知识的开关控制、送风摄动信号自寻最优控制和最小二乘递推算法组成.在锅炉正常运行以及负荷、煤种等因素发生变化的情况下,都能有效地自动调整风/煤比,使炉膛内燃烧处于最佳状态.在不断的调整过程中学习得出适应于该炉各运行工况的最佳风/煤比曲线.依据这条曲线设定风/煤比,可简化燃烧调整过程.同时保证锅炉高效运行.

Abstract:method for designing a self-adaptive combustion control system capable of automatic online adjustment of the air/fuel ratio that can be widely applied in coal-fired boilers is proposed. The system is composed of a knowledge-based switch control,a self-optimizing control based on the perturbation signal and the least square recurrence method. The air/fuel ratio can be adjusted automatically to maintain an optimal combustion status whenever the boiler is running normally or disturbed by the variation in load or in coal quality. During continuous adjustment, an optimum air/fuel ratio curve suitable for various operating conditions is learnt. As the air/fuel ratio of the combustion control system is set according to the curve, the combustion adjusting process is simplified and the boiler will run steadily at high combustion efficiency.
