| Abstract: | A review with 100 references is presented to show the advantages involved in the use of flow injection analysis (FIA) for the determination of ascorbic acid. The FI methods proposed for the determination of ascorbic acid are described and compared according to the used detection technique. Analytical figures of merit and interferences are also discussed. |
