| 摘 要： | 沂蒙山区是全国十八个贫困山区之一。山区经济开发建设的关键是要充分发挥山区本身的优势,合理利用山区土地资源。为此文章分析了沂蒙山区土地资源的基本特点,指出了本区在土地利用上存在主要问题,提出了合理利用和保护土地资源的有效途径:(1)科学利用山体、合理调整山区土地利用结构。(2)加强山区绿化、搞好水土保持、创造新的生态平衡。(3)因地制宜发展经济林木、建立以果品为主的商品化生产基地。(4)提倡有草农业、实行农牧结合。(5)加强农田基本建设、对耕地要养用结合。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the essential characteristics of the Yi--Meng mountain area and identifies shortcomings of the previous land management practice. Several suggestions are of-fered for improving land mangement efficiency and maintaining ecological balande:A. Mountain areas should be managed scientifically, and the land utilization structure should be revised in accordance with rational management principles.B. Afforestation of the mountain area should be continued, using sound water and soil conser-vation practice and maintaining ecological balance.C. The commodity base in the region should be built on the production of tree fruits that are well--suited to local conditions.D. Promote agricultural development in the area, especially encouraging the development oflivestock production.E the capital construction on farmland should be strengthened and the cultivated land dhould beutilized with more maintenance. |
