摘    要:利用高能球磨制取W-Cu合金化粉末,采用爆炸烧结的方法制取W-Cu合金药型罩材料.爆炸烧结样品相对致密度达到99.6%,EPMA分析表明样品内各成分及元素分布均匀.对烧结样品作XRD分析,计算其晶粒尺寸为26 nm.使用固结样品加工成W-Cu合金药型罩,显示了良好的成形性.进行无隔板的静破甲实验,并与相同工艺条件下制取...

Abstract:The W-Cu alloy powders were prepared by high-energy ball-milling.The W-Cu alloy as liner materials was fabricated by explosive consolidation.The consolidated sample had a theoretical density of 99.6%.The sample was determined by EPMA,and the results showed that the composition and distribution of the elements were uniform.The sample was analyzed by XRD and the W crystalline sizes were measured as 26 nm.The sample was machined into W-Cu alloy liners,showing good forming properties.Quiet armor-piercing experi...
