| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管气相色谱内标法测定羟乙基乙二胺中的乙二胺含量．结果表明。乙二胺在0．12．0ms／mL范围内的线性关系良好（r=0．9997），检出限为0．02m/mL，方法的精密度RSD为1．7％（n=6），加标回收率在95％～101％．

| Abstract: | Ethylenediamine in 2-(2-Aminoethylamino) ethanol was determined by capillary gas chromatography with internal standard method.The results showed that calibration curves presented good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~2.0 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997.The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was 1.7%(n=6).The recovery achieved 95%~101%. |
