| Abstract: | The application of simulated moving bed chromatography(SMBC) technology in the field of pharmaceuticals began in the early 90s 20th.In the first stage,its theoretical studies and basic laboratory experiments were carried out;in the second stage,the pharmaceutical_separating conditions were optimized,and the optimization theory models and empirical formulas were set up;and now the separated quantity by using this technology has reached kilogram or even ton levels. |
