判读仪输片系统的PC机控制

摘    要:KD—9B型判读仪用步进电机为动力,借助输片齿轮驱动胶片,取代传统的抓片式间隙输片机构。本文介绍PC机控制输片系统的原理和实现方法。

Abstract:This article deals with the digital control technique of projection head of Model KD-9B Film Motion Analyzer which is a high performance and low cost system. Via an RS- 232C interface co- ordinates determined by the digitizer are entered automatically into the personal computer.The film movement is driven by sprocket with step motor instead of intermit tent claw mechanism. The projection head is furnished with the following digital control functions with the aid of personal computer:1. Forward/Reverse film movement2. Variable speed of film advance from 0 to 24 frame per second3. Automatic"+" & "- " frame count from 0 to 9999994. Automatic film advance after the last reading of a frame.
