Analysis of Millimeter-Wave Circuits with Different Dielectric Substrate Using the FDTD Technique

Abstract:In this paper, The Finite Difference Time Domain Method (FDTD) technique is applied to analysis of millimeter-wave circuit which used the different dielectric substrate. Berenger's perfectly matched layers (PML) are employed as absorbing boundary conditions. And we use a Gaussian pulse to excite the power divider. We get the frequency domain information by using the Fourier transform. Experimental results in the 50GHz band show in the paper.
