摘    要:对肉类加工废水中的氨氮(NH3-N)含量的测评技术和方法进行了研究.采用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定了不同废水中的NH3-N含量.结果表明,屠宰和熟食加工产生的废水、熟食加工产生废水和混合废水经处理后的水样中氨氮含量分别为255mg/L、8.24mg/L、和13.4mg/L,平均回收率为93.0%,平均相对标准偏差为2.19%.所得数据可靠、准确,其方法快速、可行.探讨的测评废水中氨氮的方法,将为企业实施内部监测提供依据,为我国制定清洁生产测评标准提供参考.

Abstract:The assessment technique and method for NH 3-N in the wastewater from food industry was studied.Nessler's reagent spectrometry was utilized to determine the concentration of NH 3-N in wastewater. The results are as follows:the concentration of NH 3-N in the mixed wastewater from killing and cooking process,in wastewater from cooking process and in the treated waste water from killing and cooking process is 255mg/L, 8.24mg/L and 13.4mg/L,respectively,the average recovery rate is 93.0%, the relative standard deviation is 2.19%.The method is fast and feasible with reliable and accurate results.The NH 3-N assessment method offers a basis for the internal supervision for enterprises and a reference for the establishment of clean production standard.
