摘    要:研究了ICP-AES法测定电镀铬溶液中杂质元素铜、铁、铝、镍含量的方法,对仪器的工作条件、分析线选择、基体影响、共存元素干扰、酸量的影响等进行了试验论证,通过与化学分析方法比较,结果表明方法快速、简便、准确、可靠,完全满足分析要求。

Abstract:ICP–AES method was studied for the determination of impurity elements as copper,iron,aluminum,nickel in chromium plating solution.The working conditions of the instrument,analysis of line selection,matrix effect,interference of coexisting elements,acid effects were tested.Comparing with chemical analysis,the results showed that the method is fast,simple,accurate,reliable,fully meet the analysis requirement.
