Abstract: | Layer type MoSexTe2−x (0 ≦ x ≦ 2) are grown by chemical vapour transport technique. The photoelectrochemical (PEC) solar cells are fabricated using the grown single crystals as photoelectrodes and platinum grid as counter electrode. The life time measurement of charge carries were carried out using pulse light from a stroboscopic source. The variation of life time with temperature and composition have been studied. The results thus obtained have been concluded. |
