浙江温州市社会经济区域差异及成因探讨

采用主成分分析、模糊聚类分析和综合评价等方法对温州市11个县(区、市)社会经济发展现状进行分区，结果分为都市核心发达区、都市边缘次发达区、城市发展区和边远欠发达区四类。区域分异呈现圈层结构特点，体现点轴发展模式。形成区域差异的主要因素为离温州市中心的距离、离主要交通干线、港口的距离和平原面积占陆域面积的比例，社会历史基础和外向型经济发展情况也有重要影响。加强西部山区以交通为主的基础设施建设，并以此促进西部山区城镇的建设是缩小温州市东西部发展差距，带动温州市整体发展的必然措施。

Socioeconomic Zoning and its Causes in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province

The principal component analysis method, the fuzzy cluster analysis method and the comprehensive evaluation method are applied to classify 11 counties of Wenzhou Region, Zhejiang province, 4 socioeconomic zones. The innermost zone is the developed urban center region (including Lucheng) with developed third industry and highest investment, consumption and resident income; but largest population density and scarce land resource. The outer zone is the developed fringe region (including Longwan) where the industry is the most developed and per capita GDP and gross industry production value is the highest. The next zone is the developing city region (including Ouhai, Yueqing, Rui'an), where second and third industry, investment, consumption, resident income, education, science and technology, medical conditions are developing quickly, but less developed than those in the innermost and outer zones; moreover, there is more per capita arable land than that in these two zones, but less than that in the outermost zone. The outermost zone is the undeveloped region (including Dongtou, Yongjia, Pingyang, Cangnan, Wencheng Taishun), where the society and the economy are undeveloped, but the population density is lower than that in the other three zones and per capita arable land is more than that in other three zones. The 4 zones are distributed annularly along the main transport lines, With Lucheng as the center. The main factors that determine the socioeconomic development of each region are: 1) the distance between the zone alcenter and the center of Wenzhou (Lucheng); 2) the distance between the zone and the major highways and harbors; 3) the ratio of the plain area to the mountain area. The history and culture and the oversea investment also influence the socioeconomic development. In order to dwindle discrepancy between the developed coastal plain sub-region and the undeveloped western mountain sub-region of Wenzhou Region and integrate Wenzhou Region, the transport and communication in western mountain region and the highways which connect western mountain region to the Wenzhou city and coastal harbors should be developed in priority, and the towns in western mountain region must be developed faster.
