| 摘 要： | 供给型制度是前苏联计划经济中的重要组成部分，由于它是在政府的主导，控制下实施的，因而又被称为政府供给型制度。文章从国家制度，政府共给型经济制度及其变迁方式长期保持的原因三方面对前苏政府供给型经济及其变迁方式作了较系统的分析。

| Abstract: | The supply system is one of the indispensable parts of USSR's planned economy. It is carried out under the dominant control of the government, so it is also called the government supply system. This paper makes a systematic analysis of USSR's government supply economy and its mode of transition from three aspects as the USSR's state system, government-supplied economic system and the reason of keeping the mode of transition for a long time. |
