摘    要:提出了基于知识系统(KBS)的智能冲压设计方案,建立了智能冲压KBS系统,构筑了系统的框架体系,分析了系统的知识模型及相关功能模块.基于KBS理论和方法,对冲裁件的工艺性判断知识模型的建立、基于知识向导的自动毛坯排样优化模块的生成、智能化工步排样知识模型的构建和基于知识的压力中心、压力计算知识模型的创建进行了深入的研究,从而可以有效地提高冲压工艺设计能力、知识处理水平和系统的智能化程度.

Abstract:This article offered a brief introduction of establishing a knowledge-based system for intelligent stamping process planning. Studies on the system's framework, knowledge model and reasoning mode were also made. Meanwhile, some key technologies such as the feasibility of stamping process, optimal algorithm of blank layout, intelligent strip layout and calculation of pressure were thoroughly researched. The efficiency of stamping process planning can be promoted by the system.
