摘    要:学科梯队建设是学科建设的核心。建设教师学科梯队是促进高校学科建设与发展,提高大学人才培养质量和科研水平的重要途径。理想的教师学科梯队模式既要遵循一定的原则,又要具备必要的保障措施。

Abstract:The establishment of the echelon formation of teachers of the subjects in institutes of higher education is the key job to set up and develop the subjects. It is an important approach to improve the quality of generationg academic personnel and the level of science research. The ideal pattern of the echelon formation is subjected to a certain rules and should have its own neces- sary measures to guarantee its development.
