| Abstract: | The establishment of the echelon formation of teachers of the subjects in institutes of higher education is the key job to set up and develop the subjects. It is an important approach to improve the quality of generationg academic personnel and the level of science research. The ideal pattern of the echelon formation is subjected to a certain rules and should have its own neces- sary measures to guarantee its development. |
