摘    要:人都有潜在的自我完善的内在能力,一般都能决定自己的最终发展状态。教师可以从四个方面进行心理的自我完善;通过读书、运动、倾诉、转移、放弃、求助、反思等方式进行心理减压;通过认知重组、情绪管理、提升境界来进行情绪调节;通过调整心理状态、增进交往技能、克服人际偏见来优化人际关系;通过倡导生活教育、创新教育生活、享受教育快乐来转变工作理念。

Abstract:People have potentially internal ability of self-improvement and generally can decide their final development.Teachers can realize their psychological self-improvement from the aspects of study,sports,talking,transfer,giving up,seeking help and reflection.Through the cognitive restructuring,emotional management and elevating realm,they can promote the emotion regulation.By adjusting the psychological status,improving communication skills and overcoming prejudice,they can optimize interpersonal relationships...
