计算机辅助工艺设计的研究与应用

摘    要:对几种不同含水率(湿基)的叶丝和未膨胀梗丝的填充值进行了测定,运用计算机和数理统计中的回归分析法,建立数学模型,找出二者之间的线性回归方程,结果表明烟丝含水率对烟丝填充值有很大影响;在不同含水率范围内,烟丝填充值与其含水率(湿基)呈线性关系,且斜率不同;不同部位的叶丝与梗丝的填充值随含水率的变化规律相似但不雷同。

Abstract:The filling values of the cut rag laminae and unexpanded stems with various water contents were tested to establish the relationship between the moisture contents and the filling values with the linear regressive model in the light of statistical theory.The results showed that there were significant linear regressive relationships between the samples tested. The cut rag laminae and cut rag stems had resemblance in the change regularities of filling value caused by water contents.
