| Abstract: | Selective hydrolysis of 2-aryloxypropionyl derivatives 1a-1e and 2-phenyloxybutyrate 1f catalyzed by an immobilized penicillin V amidase, Semacylase, was found to show moderately to low enantiomeric excess. |
