Ba,Ti双位共掺杂BiFeO_3多铁功能陶瓷的制备与性能 |

摘 要: | 采用快速液相烧结法制备出多铁BiFeO_3(BFO),Bi_1-xBa_xFe_(0.950)Ti_(0.050)O_3(x=0.100,0.150,0.200,0.300,0.350) 和Bi_(0.800)Ba_(0.200)Fe_(1-y)Ti_yO_3(y=0.025,0.050,0.075,0.100)陶瓷.研究了不同Ba,Ti掺杂含量对BFO陶瓷微观结构、表面形貌、介电性能以及磁性的影响.XRD测试表明制得的陶瓷样品为菱形钙钛矿结构,属于R3c空间群,Ba,Ti掺杂含量较高时会引起结构发生畸变.陶瓷的漏电流密度随Ba掺杂含量的升高而增大,却随Ti掺杂含量的升高而减小.磁性测试表明,Ba,Ti双位共掺杂BFO陶瓷具有饱和的磁滞回线,其剩余磁化强度随Ba掺杂含量的增加而增加,但随Ti掺杂含量的增加而减小.在x=0.350时陶瓷样品的最大剩余磁化强度达到0.29emu/g.
