单片机控制脉宽调速系统中脉宽调制器的设计

摘    要:本文介绍一种应用于 MCS—51单片微机控制的 PWM 直流脉宽调速系统中的设计方法,该系统采用8031单片机控制,采用8253或8254集成电路芯片加门电路以及主-从 D 型触发器 CD4013等组成脉宽调制器。在调制频率为2KHz时,转速分辩率可达4r/min(采用8253时)和0.8r/min(采用8254时),同时,这种脉宽调制器的线路简单,脉冲宽波与开关频率的调整精确、方便,且有很好的线性特性。适用于高精度、调制范围广,要求具有良好动态性能 PWM 直流调速系统.

Abstract:This article introduces a design method in PWM DC pulse-width speed regulating systemcontrolled with MCS-51 single chip microcomputer which consist of 8031 monolithic processor.Inthe system 8253 or 8254 IC chip added to gate circuit as well as master-slave D flip-flop are intro-duced.At the modulating frequency of 2KHz the resolution of rotating speed reaches 4r/min(if8253 IC chip used)or 0.8r/min(if 8254 IC chip used).In addition,the circuit of PWM is simply, the regulating of the pulse-width and the turn-on frequency is accurate and convenient.The modu-lator has also good linearity and is introduced in PWM DC speed regulating system which has goodprecision,wide modulating range and fine character of dynamic condition.
