| 摘 要： | 本文建立了大气压介质阻挡放电发射光谱测量系统,测得NO/N_2体系的等离子体发射光谱。利用Q-V Lissajous图形法对反应器电学参量进行测试,研究激励电压峰峰值V_（P-P）对NO、N_2各激发态物种光谱强度的影响。实验结果表明：低温等离子体产生的高能电子可有效作用于NO、N-2分子,产生NO（A~2∑~＋→X~...

| Abstract: | This paper has set up a test system of coaxial dielectric barrier discharge optical emission spectrum at atmosphere pressure,measured plasma optical emission spectrum of NO/N_2 mixed gas system.Used Q-V Lissajous figure method to measure the electrical parameters of the reactor,and studied the effect of applied voltage peak-peak value(V_(P-P)) on the optical emission intensity of NO, N_2 excited state species.The results showed that high-energy electrons produced by non-thermal plasma could be an effective ... |
