60K单级高频同轴脉冲管制冷机性能研究

摘    要:设计出60 K温区2 W冷量级别惯性管型单级高频同轴脉冲管制冷机并进行了系统试验,分析研究并获取了最优工作频率和最佳的蓄冷器与脉冲管长度匹配及布置。制冷机典型试验性能为在91 W压缩机输入电功和300 K散热温度的条件下,在60 K获取2 W净制冷量,在60 K的比卡诺效率达到8.8%。

Abstract:The single-stage coaxial inertance tube pulse tube cryocooler providing around 2 W at 60 K has been designed and tested.The optimum operating frequency and axial temperature match between the regenerator and pulse tube are investigated.A typical 2 W@60 K has been achieved with an input electric power of 91 W at 300 K of reject temperature,which means an 8.8%of Carnot at 60 K.
