| 摘 要： | 把快乐体育教学引入体育教学中是体育教学改革的新思维、新方法.本文探讨和研究了学校体育教学中实践快乐体育的重要性和具体教学方法.结果表明:实施快乐体育教学不仅能够把愉快的学习情绪贯穿整个教学过程中,而且在培养学生对体育的兴趣、爱好、锻炼习惯等方面有重要作用.从而使学生在快乐运动中陶冶性情、形成积极乐观的学习态度,并保证了在学生心情愉悦的过程中圆满完成体育教学的目的,而且可为学生终身体育打下良好的基础.
