摘    要:提出了理想二极管,压控开关,流控开关等的一单一方程描述,将开关视为一个导通电阻为零,切断电阻为无限大的非线性电阻,由于用一个统一的方程描述开关的电压电流关系,因而可在一个拓扑下分析开关型电路,在数值仿真时,不需要编制开关状态判断与初始值求解的专门程序,理论与实际分析均表明,这种开关模型能用于电力电子电路的数值计算,采取后向差分法,也可分析含有冲激量的模拟集成电路。

Abstract:The characteristics of ideal diode,v oltage controlled switch, current controlled switch and so on are described resp ectively with only one equation.The switch is considered as a nonlinear resistor with zero resistance when it turns on and infinite resistance when it turns off . The circuits are analyzed under one topology, and switch status is judged auto matically. It is theoretically and practically demonstrated that power electroni c circuits can be numerically computed with the proposed switch models. Using ba ckward Euler algorithm, analogue integrated circuits with impulses can also be s imulated.
