| Abstract: | Dehydrative allylation between widely available aldehydes and allylic alcohols to afford β,γ-unsaturated ketones was enabled by a synergistic merger of a thiazolium N-heterocyclic carbene catalyst and a palladium-bisphosphine catalyst. |
