| Abstract: | bmim]OTf] is a versatile, ionic liquid promoter for the room temperature glycosylation of both thiophenyl and trichloroacetimidate glycoside donors; the conditions are mild, with no requirement for molecular sieves, and are compatible with a wide range of donors and protecting groups. |
