聚四氟已烯基复合材料摩擦磨损机理的研究

摘    要:在干摩擦状态下研究了纯聚四氟已烯及加入稀土元素后的摩擦磨损特性。结果表明在PTFE中加入适量的稀土元素后能降低PTFE的摩擦系数和磨损2量,且不会在对偶件上造成划伤,经过分析得知,对磨时稀土元素的晶粒细化作用是降低磨损量的主要原因。

Abstract:On the state of dry friction the friction and wear property of the pure PTFE and the compositematerial to which rare earth elements were added were studied. The results show that not only friction coefficientand degree of wear of PTFE can be reduced after adding suitable rare earth elements into PTFE, but also the surfaceof dual parts can't be scraped After analyzing, we know that grain refinement effect which have opposite frictionproperty of rare earth elements is the main cause in reducing friction and degree of wear
