刀具切削刃圆弧在精密切削中的作用

摘    要:通过用高速摄影机对刀具切入过程的观察,本文指出刀刃钝圆半径的大小明显地影响着滑擦阶段经历时间的长短。文中比较了不同材料刀具的切薄能力和不同工件材料的可切薄性,研究了在精密切削条件下,刀刃钝圆半径对切削力、切削力比、切屑变形系数、加工硬化和鳞刺高度的影响,并建立了精密切削时的切削模型。

Abstract:The cutting edge radius plays an important role in precision metal cutting.By the aid of a high-speed camera, the cut-in process of the cutting tools has been observed and it is found that the cutting edge radius appreciably affects the duration of pure slipping. The thin-layer-cutting abilities of cutting tools made of different materials are compared with each other. The influences of the cutting edge radius on cutting forces, chip deformation, work-hardening and height of scale-fins are investigated. A model for precision cutting is given.
