An Application of Markov Chain in the Supply forecasting of Human Resources

With Markov Chain,this paper sets up a forecast model to forecast quantitatively the supplies of different kinds of personnel in an organization.The forecast model provides the decisive basis for the personnel departments or management departments of human resources which arrange the suitable personnel according to the supplies of positions in the organization.
