摘    要: 以稀土盐和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂稀土rn光催化剂RE/TiO2(RE=La,Ce,Er,Pr,Gd,Nd,Sm),并用XRD,rnDRS和IR等手段对RE/TiO2进行了表征;以NO-2为目标降解物,考察了rn其光催化氧化活性.结果表明,适量RE的掺入,可有效扩展TiO2的光谱rn响应范围,有利于NO-2的吸附,使光催化活性均有不同程度的提高.rn其中掺杂Gd样品的光催化活性最高.掺杂量是影响光催化活性的重要因rn素,一般最佳掺杂量为w(RE)≈0.5%.

Abstract:RE/TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by using sol-gel method with rare earth (RE=La,Ce,Er,Pr,Gd,Nd,Sm) salts and titanium tetrabutoxide as precursors, and we re characterized by XRD,IR,UV-Vis diffuse reflection techniques. The photocatal ytic activity of the catalysts was tested with nitrite as objective decompositio n substance. As a result, doping suitable content of rare earth elements can eff iciently expand the range of light absorbed by the catalysts. At the same time, the doping can be beneficial to NO-2 adsorption over the catalysts. Doping R E in TiO2 can, more or less, enhance the photocatalytic activity. Gd/TiO2 sh ows the highest catalytic activity among all the RE/TiO2 samples concerned. Th e doped RE content is an important factor for the photocatalytic activity; the o ptimum RE content is about 0.5%.
