| 摘 要： | 论述了施耐德的小型Twido PLC在卤水加压站监控中的应用,分析了系统的主要功能,实现了卤水加压站电机的远程控制,解决了PLC与电参数通过Modbus Rtu协议进行数据交换的问题,利用PLC的PID功能调节变频器的输出频率,实现了卤水管道的压力恒定,节约了能源。

| Abstract: | We discussed the application of Schneider Twido PLC in the surveillance of brine pressure stations,analyzed its functionalities,implemented the long-distance control over the motor of brine pressure stations,solved the problem of the data exchange between PLC and electric modules by the communication protocol of Modbus Rtu,adjusted the output frequency of a frequency converter with the PID functionality of a PLC,realized the constant pressure of a brine pipeline,and economized energy. |
