摘    要:以联苯和邻氨基苯甲酸为原料经过氯磺化和缩合反应合成了2-(2'-对苯基苯磺酰胺基苯基)-4H-3,1-苯并恶嗪-4-酮,通过红外,质谱,核磁共振和元素分析等表征了它的结构,以它为发光层材料制备了双层结构的电致发光器件,测定了电致发光器件的电流-电压曲线和电致发光光谱,最大亮度可达450cd/m^2,因空穴传输剂TPD处理方法的不同,分别发出黄绿色和橙色两种不同滤长的光,这主要是与2-(2'-对苯基苯磺酰基苯基)-4H-3,1-苯并恶嗪-4-酮具有多种跃迁能级有关。

Synthesis of 2- (2'-p-Phenylbenzenesulfonamidophenyl)-4H -3,1-Benzoxazin-4-One and Its Application in Electroluminescence

Abstract:p-phenylbenzenesulfonamidophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one has been synthesized via the reaction of chlorosulfonation and condensation used bibenzene and o-aminobenzeneformal acid as starting materials. Its chemical formulas were identified by IR, MS, HNMR and Element Analysis. Two layer electroluminscence device was prepared used this compound as luminescence material. The current-voltage curve was measured and its brightness can be up to 450 cd/m 2. The cavity transport layer TPD were made with two methods, leading to two different electroluminescent spectra, yellowish green and orange. It is related to the multiple transition energy of 2-(2'-p-phenylbenzenesulfonamidophenyl)-4H-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one level.
