基于模糊聚类的基层部队军事人员综合分析方法

根据部队发展对人才需求的特殊性,针对某些岗位对人员素质的特殊要求,在相似系数计算中引入变权综合思想,提出了一种基于模糊聚类的军事人员综合分析方法.由于变权完成因素之间权重的转移,实现因素之间的均衡或突出某些因素的作用,因此分析结果能够为部队干部部门制定相关人员的规划提供决策参考.

Study on Method for Comprehensively Analyzing Military Personnel in Basic Units Based on Fuzzy Clustering

According to the specific demand of aptitude in army and personnel making for some post of duty,a synthetically variable weight thought has been introduced to the similarity parameters.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis method for military personnel based on the fuzzy clustering.It can transfer the factor's weight so as to achieve the balance among the factors or give prominence to some factors effect.So the analysis result can provide decision-making reference for the cadre department of army in process of programming the military personnel.
