| Abstract: | In the presence of Pd catalysts and under mild, essentially nonbasic conditions, the allyloxycarbonyl derivatives of alcohols may be either converted into the corresponding allyl ethers or hydrogenolysed (Bu3SnH) back to the starting alcohol. |
