摘    要:本文对采用雪崩光电二极管(APD)阵列的非扫描成象激光雷达进行了理论分析,得出了其角分辨率、信噪比(S/N)和作用距离的计算公式.采用单只APD在焦平面上扫描的方法进行了模拟实验,初步验证了理论公式和本方案的可行性.

Abstract:A new type of nonscanned imaging laser radar with APD(Avalanche Photodiode)array is analyzed theoretically. Formulae for computing radar angular resolution, signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) and detectable range are given. Simulative experiments are made by use of single APD scanned in focal plane. The theoretical formulae and feasibility of the APD Array scheme are proved preliminariy bythese experiments.
