摘    要:应用幼苗水培法或顶株扦插法, 在青蒿植株体内以2-^1^4c]-3,5-二羟基-3-甲基戊酸-δ-内酯(2-^1^4C]-MVA)为前体, 成功地生物合成了青蒿酸(3).

Abstract:The incorporation of 2-14C]mevalonic acid lactone (I) in the in vivo biosynthesis of arteannuic acid (II) in Artemisia annua was proved by both the plantlet hydroponic and the stem tip cutting methods. The radioactivity yield of II ranged 0.006-0.020%. It is apparent that I is a precursor of II in A. annua.
