摘    要:本文将非水体系合成的ZSM-48沸石负载铁钾催化剂用于由合成气制备低碳烯烃的反应中。分别用XRD,SEM、TPR对ZSM-48沸石和K-Fe/ZSM-48催化剂进行了表征。程序升温还原(TPR)技术表明,钾加入改变了ZSM-48催化剂的还原性质。ZSM-48硅铝比、晶体形貌和铁、钾含量对催化反应具有不同程度的影响。适当选择沸石形貌等因素,合成产品中C_2—C_4烯烃选择性可达54%,烯烷比为5.O。

Abstract:ZSM-48 synthesized in a non-aqueous system was used as a catalyst support for producing lower olefins from synthesis gas. The support ZSM-48 and K-Fe/ZSM-48 were characterized by SEM, TPR and XRD. Effects of iron and pottassium on the performance of the catalyst are reported.The SiO_2/Al_2O_3 ratio and the morphology of ZSM-48 influence strongly the activity and selectivity of CO hydrogenation.At available conditions the selectivity of C_2-C_4 olefins is more than 54%, while the ratio of olefin to paraffin is 5.0.
