摘    要:用价廉、易得的二甲酚橙作显色剂,分光光度法测定了赖氨酸锌糖浆、硫酸锌糖浆和赖氨酸锌含量,并与PAN法和锌试剂法进行了比较。结果表明,本法与PAN法和锌试剂法结果基本一致,回收率高,精密度较好,灵敏度较高。说明可用本法代替PAN法或锌试剂测定锌糖浆剂及锌化合物的含量。

Abstract:The content of lysine zinc syrup, zinc sulfate syrup and lysine zinc was determined byxylend orange which is low-priced and easy to get as a developer. This rnethod was compared with PAN method and zinc reagent method and the results by these 3 methods were almost the same. This method was characterized by high recovery, better precision and higher sensi-tivity, and could be used for the determination of the content of zinc syrup agent and zinc compounds.
