| 摘 要： | 采用FDTD(时域有限差分法)方法,通过微调中心点缺陷半径Rd以及中心附近对称位置的点缺陷半径Rn,计算了二维正方晶格各向异性碲圆柱光子晶体的点缺陷模.计算结果表明,H极化缺陷模共振频率对于缺陷半径的变化不太敏感,得到了完全禁带中缺陷模频率与点缺陷半径和多点缺陷半径之间的有规律的变化关系.

| Abstract: | A finite differece in time domain(FDTD)method is employed to calculate defect modes in a two dimensional photonic crystal consisting of anisotropic cylinders of tellurium.To obtain a defect mode inside the complete band gap by adjusting the radius Rd of the central defect and radius Rn of the neighboring defects.The results showed that the defect modes for the H-polarization are not sensitive to Rn and Rd,while the resonance frequency for defect mode varies regularly as Rn and Rd changes. |
