聚酰亚胺衬底中双频段太赫兹异向介质特性研究

摘    要:将两种不同结构的异向介质同时嵌在聚酰亚胺衬底中,在太赫兹波段实现了两个不同的谐振频率响应。分析了不同衬底厚度对谐振特性的影响。结果表明,当衬底厚度为30μm时,两个结构会相互影响,从而使谐振幅度和谐振频率有所改变;当衬底厚度增加到100μm时,两个谐振点谐振特性彼此独立,互不影响。

Abstract:To embed two different metamaterials in polyimide films,the films possessed two defferent resonances frequency responses in terahertz frequency.The influence of the polyimide thickness on resonance behaviors was investigated.Results show that when the thickness of the polyimide film is 30 μm,the two types of metamaterial structure embedded in the film interact and lead to the changes of resonance magnitudes and frequencies,while embedded in the film with 100 μm thickness,properties of two resonance points are independent of each other,respectively,there is no interaction.
