光学非球面面形拟合方法研究

摘    要:作者在研制一台高精度检测非球面仪器的过程中,探讨了二次和高次非球面面形方程参数的拟合方法。计算实例表明,线性化拟合法和非线性拟合法较圆满地达到了各种非球面面形拟合精度和实时处理的要求。

Abstract:In the paper,we inquired into the conicoid and high aspherical surface shape,s equationparameters fitting method during the process that we developed a high precision instrument whichwould be used to measure some aspherical surfaces. The examples calculated show that,the linearizedand nonlinear fitting method well reached the claim for its fitting precision to all kinds of asphericalsurface shape and its reaItime processing.
