摘    要:本文根据相似原理对液态铝在多孔介质中的低压向上渗流过程进行了模拟试验研究,试验表明,渗流液面以平面沿垂方向推进,位移-时间关系符合四次方根规律;某一时刻T的雷诺数,阻力系数和沿程损失可用相应的公式计算外加渗流气压的最佳值为0.40at.。实验还将模拟充填时间与原型充填时间进行了对比,两者得到了良好的一致性。

Abstract:The process of molten aluminium infiltration in porous medium under low-pressure was inrestigated through organic transport material simulation based on the principle of similarity. Experiments indicate that the plane surface of infiltrating liquid advances perpendicularly, the relation between its displacement and timeconforms to the law of fourth root. At a certain time t, the Reynold's number Re(t),the resistance coefficient A(t) and the pressure loss can be calculated by corresponding formulas. It is found that for infiltration method the optimum pressure applied to the molten metal is 0. 40at. The filling time in the simulater was compared with that for prototype, both being in good agreement.
