微型机载高速摄影机研究

摘    要:本文描述了一种微型机载间歇式高速摄影机。由于机载条件的严酷性,在微型化、集成化、材料的强度和结构的刚度诸方面都对光学设计、机械设计和电气设计提出了苛刻的要求。WJJ-16mm微型高速摄影机,在机载条件下,摄影频率达到200f/s,摄影空间分辨率501p/mm,画幅稳定性σy≤±0.010mm(运动方向),σx≤±0.012mm(垂直运动方向),每张画幅用集成点阵块近贴成象的方式,记录了绝对时间等相关信息。

Abstract:This paper describes a minitype air-borne intermittent high speed camera, in which, the harsh requirements to the designs of Optics, Mechanics and electronics in respect of miniaturizing, integralizing, materical strength and structure rigidity are presented with the harshness of the air-borne candition. On this condition, the main features of WJJ-16mm minitype High speed camera which has been successfully developed are as follows: the maximum photographic rate 200f/s, the photographic resolving power> 50 lp/mm, the picture steadiness σy < 0.01mm (temporal direction) and σx≤0.012mm (spacial direction), and the recorded information related to time in each frame by means of close-touch imaging through the integrated LED unit.
