| 摘 要： | 报道了利用氯化钠梯度洗脱，通过羟基磷灰石桩层析，从染色质中分离组蛋白Ｈ１，组蛋白Ｈ２Ａ＋Ｈ２Ｂ和Ｈ３＋Ｈ４的一种改进方法，这一过程简单，采用温和的条件，能够提供较高纯度的各种组蛋白组分。
