| Abstract: | A new aporphine base — baicaline — has been isolated from the epigeal part ofThalictrum baicalense. Its structure has been established as 1,9,10-trimethoxy-2,3-methylenedioxynoraporphine. Magnoflorine and berberine have been isolated from the roots of the plant. |
