磁性流体密封压差的数值计算

摘    要:分析并简化了含磁性流体的磁场模型,以密封理论为基础,采用有限元法计算出磁性流体密封的磁场和等压线分布,进而计算出密封压差,分析了密封压差与磁性流体量的关系,给出了多级密封压差的计算方法,同时分析了转速对密封能力的影响。结果发现,数值计算结果与实验结果相一致。

Abstract:The precise computation for the seal capacity of magnetic fluid seals is a rather complicated problem, because this technique concerns with the fundamental theory and analysis method of tribology, electromagnetics and hydrodynamics, and the computations of the seal capacity should be based on the magnetic field computation. Thus, the magnetic field model is analyzed and simplified. On the basis of magnetic fluid seal theory, the magnetic field and isobars in the magnetic fluid are computed with finite element method. The seal pressure differential of the seals is worked out. The relation of the seal pressure differential with the magnetic fluid amount is analyzed. The seal capacity computation method of multi stage seals is presented. The influence of rotating speed on the seal capacity is indicated. It has been found that the computation results agree well with the experimental ones.
