| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前我国城市房屋拆迁问题，通过对城市房屋拆迁过程涉及的权利内容进行了总结，并在此基础上，着重分析了城市房屋拆迁过程中权利保护的有关问题，提出了在城市房屋拆迁过程中，房屋产权要高于拆迁权的思想基础，期望通过本文分析达到抛砖引玉的作用，为今后加强对城市房屋拆迁管理，进一步完善我国城市房屋拆迁制度提供一个更为深入的研究路线。
